Your network, on one page, every month

On the first of each month, every admin gets a 90-day report on their network. It leads with visits, shows what members actually did, and comes with a PDF you can forward to your athletic director.

"Is anyone using it?"

You get that question from your AD, from the alumni board, and from yourself. Until now the honest answer was to email us and ask. That is a bad answer for something you are paying for.

What changed

On the first of every month, each admin on your program gets a short email: your network over the last 90 days. The same report is waiting under the Analytics tab of your admin dashboard any day of the month, and a print-ready PDF is attached to the email so you can forward it without explaining anything.

It leads with visits, on purpose. The number that matters for an alumni network is whether people come back to it, and that is the number most programs have never been able to see.

What is in it

Activity by week. A simple bar per week, so you can see what happened after you shared the link at the alumni game or put it in the senior send-off email. The busiest days get called out on their own. Those are your "we shared it and people showed up" moments, and they are worth repeating.

What members did. Directory searches, profiles viewed, profiles updated, first sign-ins, who tried Huddle AI, jobs and announcements posted, and, new this month, mentor and mentee pairs confirmed. Each line says what it counts in plain language.

Who is in the network. The top industries and cities your members work in today. This is the view a current player gets when she searches, and it is a useful slide when a parent asks what happens after graduation.

How to read it

One note we put in every report, because it matters: the report says "first sign-ins," not "new members." Your alumni were already in the network before they ever logged in. A first sign-in is an existing member showing up for the first time, which is the thing you are trying to make happen.

One thing to try this month

Forward the PDF to your athletic director with one sentence. Coaches who have done this tell us the reply is usually "can we do this for the other programs?"
